I was able to discuss the role of social media in the sales process with Dr Adam Rapp.  Adam  has a Ph.D. from the University of Connecticut, an M.B.A. from Villanova University and an undergraduate degree from Penn State.

Adam has enormous experience and knowledge from his academic research and working in the sales and marketing field.  Given this background, it was great to hear his views on the opportunities for the strategic use of social media by strategic sellers.
